Renters must be 25+ years or older to book (and must be present on-site during entire stay)
50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking (100% due if less than 30 days before arrival)
Following your booking confirmation, you will be provided a rental agreement for your review and signature. No booking is finalized until a rental agreement is signed and returned within 7 days of initial booking confirmation.
Please be sure to review our cancellation policy in our rental agreement before booking.
If unexpected circumstances affect your trip, reach out to us directly. We’ve helped guests through storms and other disruptions and will work with you to explore options, which may include changing dates or a refund if we can re-rent your stay. Options depend on availability and your reservation terms.
Families, including multiple family households vacationing together, are welcome. Parties and events, including weddings, receptions and spring break parties, are not permitted. All stays must remain within the home’s guest limit and follow our house rules.
Trip Insurance is not offered directly but is strongly recommended (particularly during hurricane season)

For the safety and comfort our guests, we a strict NO PETS policy
Beginning March 1, 2027, Vacation OIB Arrival Ready provides commercially laundered bed linens, beds made before arrival, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and bath mats, along with starter bathroom, household, and coffee supplies. For stays beginning before March 1, 2027, linens and beach/bath towels are not provided but can be rented from a number of local vendors.
Please report any existing damage or malfunctioning equipment upon arrival
Use of tobacco products of any form (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) in or around the home is strictly prohibited
Guests must carefully review the elevator operation instructions contained in the House Manual to ensure proper and safe operation. No guests under the age of 18 shall operate the elevator.

At the end of your stay, please remove all personal items, return all furniture to its original position, turn off all lights, wash all dishes (load the dishwasher and run it before departing), and leave the house clean and orderly.
Take out all trash and take cans to curb
Owners reserves the right to charge the guest’s security deposit for damage and/or excessive cleaning (charged at $50/hour); violation of house rules (including pets, parties, etc.); late departure fee ($400) and service calls of home/elevator ($225 plus the cost of repairs) caused by guest carelessness, negligence, and/or misuse.
